The President of the Company Brunello Acampora, who has attained the title of Marine (Yacht & Boat Design) at the prestigious Southampton Institute of Higher Education (England). 

Brunello Acampora, besides being the creator of products Flexitab and founder of the company, is also the founder and owner of Victory Design srl founded in 1989 with the aim of creating a framework of services, advice and planning for the marine industry . 

In twenty years of activity has become a landmark in the competitive world of motor boating and recreational fast. That leadership has been achieved with the implementation of projects known at international level, such as the catamaran "Bilbo" Class 1 Offshore, several times world champion of the category, and monocarena "SM RACER", current holder of the record speed of Cowes -Torquay. 

In addition to the sports Victory Design was established in the innovative design of pleasure craft, collaborating with major national and foreign shipyards, such as: 

PERSHING, FERRETTI, RIVA, BERTRAM, CUSTOM LINE, Tencara, Sagittarius, SARNICO CANTIERI DI, APREAMARE, ALEN YACHTS, MOCHI CRAFT and many others, that offers technical support is targeted to solving specific problems (in tank tests, calculation structural systems, propulsion, etc..) is to complete the design of new products (creative, designer and architectural).
